Deep ListenerS Foundational Workshop

Held as either an intensive two-day workshop, or series of 6 weekly evening sessions, this training covers both theory and practise. We will learn techniques and guidelines to enable us to be safe, compassionate listeners out in the community.

We will become familiar with some of the science behind compassion & empathy, and fight/flight response. And we will develop knowledge and plans to monitor and take care of our own wellbeing.

There will be opportunities to practise deep listening, get to know each other, and develop our own listening and self care plans.
